Twenty-eight on the walk and thirty at the meal afterwards, The numbers show a good appreciation for Lyn and Howard's organisatioal work, well done to both.
We left the Bull's Head car park, just after ten-thirty, to return by twelve-ten, to prepare for a sit down meal at twelve-fortyfive. Not every-one who walked, stayed on for the meal and likewise, not everyone at the meal had been on the walk, so it was nice to meet many old friends and have time for a chat, in an unhurried atmostphere. The route quite easy, going out and back via Wyver Farm. The circuit included Wyver Nature Reserve, Wyver Lane, Mount Pleasant and The Dalley. Three point six miles with nigh on five hundred feet of asscent, over all. Great to see everyone.
