It was thanks to Derek for this walk, stepping in to fill a gap in the programme, thanks Derek. A perfect winter day for a walk in the countryside - very cold but a perfect clear sky with plenty of sunshine and no wind.  The ground was frozen - as was the pond in Locko Park - so no mud to contend withSome lovely wildlife sightings - 2 skeins of geese, quite a few hares and a small group of deer in woodland, one with a fine set of antlers.
