Good turnout on a bright and very cold sunny day. Frosty fields and frosty under foot. Some patches of ice, but not too many fallers! We walked all around the reservoir, which looked calm. Plenty water fowl on the reservoir, but not many birds seen until Millfield’s car park, where we had our lunch, lots of birds on the feeders there. A few other walkers and cyclists seen, I think the cold weather had deterred them, but we kept up a good pace and thoroughly enjoyed our walk. Jane H.
