Leading the way in Amber Valley

Denby Walking for Health

Thursday 25 February 2016

What a glorious sunny morning it was this week, although it was cold and frosty, it was a beautiful day for walking. Many of our walkers were away on a trip to the Isle of Wight so our numbers were a little depleted.

Jane led the walk which took us down the main B6179 through the Millennium Green at the bottom of Street Lane and then onto the track towards Park Hall farm. We had risked assessed the downhill track through the small copse as being too muddy. Instead we traversed two wet fields which led onto a circular track bringing us back to Park Hall farm. We returned to the Pottery via the same route as our outward journey.
